The format and contents of your Evaluation that you produced for us has become the model we now use for evaluating my entire portfolio across Canada.  We call it the Uta Evaluation and have added "Uta" to our spell-checker as a valid and respected word.

Although I understand that the purpose of the Evaluation was to determine a FAIR value for our unit, we were pleased that, after all negotiations, it became the ACTUAL selling price for our unit.  Your ethic of keeping it confidential served us well.

You understood that it is a long wait for the seller.  You called every few days with status even if there was nothing to report.  You handled us with caring consideration.  Helene appreciated it and was reassured throughout.

Being from out of town, we relied on your comments about the pulse of the marketplace in making our decisions.  You made us feel comfortable while remaining an impartial advisor.

We appreciated your handling of the faxed paperwork by circling where we had to sign making it a "selling for dummies" pleasure.  Your advise for a local lawyer proved satisfactory also.

When Carl and I drove in to Prince George we had a real estate magazine in our hands and just happened to call Uta about a listing she was advertising. We had her paged and she called back promptly. Her listing was not what we were looking for but from our first conversation her professionalism and forthright honesty were evident. As luck would have it, her schedule allowed her to show us around the next day. We gave her the criteria we were looking for and she promptly went to work for us. During the next three days Uta took us to numerous properties most of which fit our criteria.
